Refund policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return form within seven (7) days after receiving your package and returned package must arrive within 10 days after submitting return request to us. Returned items must be unworn, have original tags attached, sanitary stickers in place and be returned in its original packaging. To request a return form contact us via email info@gaeaswimwear.com

Our return policy is only exchange for store credit. We do not offer refunds. No exceptions. We highly suggest you contact Gaea Swimwear via e-mail info@gaeaswimwear.com with your order number as subject and tracking number of returned package.

Once we receive and process your return, you will be given a store credit via e-mail within a 24hour period. All returns and store credits will be processed during business days.

All items purchased in a sale, are final sale and therefore non exchangeable for store credit. Gaea Swimwear does not offer price adjustments.
